2.4. Series AOM gas-fired unit heaters

Purpose

Off-line heat supply of apartment blocks and production buildings.

Substance of development

The task of developing a new generation of domestic heating equipment  for off-line heat supply. The intensification of radiant and convective heat-exchange provides high ecological rates of  exhaust gas emissions after firing.

General properties

  • heat power – 0,1 МW; 0,25 МW; 0,315 МW; 0,5 МW; 1,0 МW (in developmental stage  – 2,5 МW);

  • heat efficiency  –  92-94%;

  • NOx emission – 35 ррм.

Modular heating units (AOM) are equipped with specially developed modular spray-diffusion burners with high ecological rates of combustion materials and are in accordance with strong European standards. The heating units are also equipped with automatic control systems that provide safe automatic boiler startup and operation over the entire range of operating loads. External parameters (atmospheric temperature’ time of day, etc.) sensors are optional and can be added on special order
