Technology of calcium carbonate firing in shaft furnaces for lime production and speed burners ГС8-80 (periphery) and air cooling beams with central burner for it realization. The firing process is completely automatized. In comparison with known technologies specific fuel consumption reduction, lime activity and furnace productivity is reached.
Energotechnological and economical data
Technology application is provided at the shaft furnaces 80t, 100t and 130t of lime per day, fuel (natural gas) economy was 20-30 %. Pay-back period is 6-7 month.
