Purpose
The expanded perlite production line is designed for the production of expanded perlite sand with different initial properties. Depending on the raw material, the line is completed with various devices (dryers, aero-dynamic classifiers, recuperators-air heaters, refrigerators) and can produce expanded perlite for various purposes (filter-perlite, filler in construction products, dry construction mixtures or agro-perlite). Advantages
Completing the line with devices for various types of processing of raw materials allows you to regulate the quality indicators of the products obtained. It is possible to obtain expanded perlite in the form of a light granule, strong granule or light powder. This allows the production of a material that can be used in various industries.
