Reduction of natural gas consumption by converting sintering machines KM-14 for heating with waste gases – coke and blast furnace, intensification of the process of burning limestone, reducing emissions of harmful gases is achieved.

Reduction of natural gas consumption, intensification and high uniformity of heating the lining and reducing emissions of harmful gases through the use of kinetic energy of the combustion products in the re-construction of heating systems for vertical stands for drying and heating 250-ton metallurgical ladles is achieved.

Development readiness level

The development was implemented at PJSC “Zaporizhstal”. Manufacturing, delivery, installation, commissioning, as well as warranty service and staff training are carried out to order.
