The technology and equipment for liquid waste thermal disposal, including phenolic water of refineries, is developed. New technology is introduced at the Kremenchug refinery instead of “PILLARD” technology by which for thermal deactivation of phenol water is burned diesel fuel of up to 200 kg/h and high pressure (8 kg/cm2) superheated steam for diesel fuel and phenol water spraying is used.
In the developed by the Gas Institute of NAS of Ukraine technology as a fuel for combustion of waste water organic compounds is used flare gas from catalytic reforming plant that is usually directed to the flare plant. Water spraying is realized at the expense of its pressure in the network.
Application of developed technology favours the reduce of negative effect of flare gas combustion.
